We follow very carefully the whole oil production chain, from the tree to the table.
We select only the best olives and we harvest them by manual stripping off or mechanical olive harvesting.
The best olives are processed with the big granite mills as prescribed by the ancient Oil Masters' traditions. In alternative, they can be sent to the innovative destoner which takes the stone off the olives and processes only the olive pulp, which is the noblest part of the olive.
We go through all those procedures to guarantee the highest quality to our customers. For us it is not only a matter of long-lasting passion translating into gastronomic excellence, but also a matter of establishing a deep bond of trust between the producer and the customer
