The product certification is regulated by the certification scheme for the food processing industry, in order to certify the features of our oils we asked the independent body SGS Italia S.p.A. to verify and state that the characteristics listed on the labels of bottled oil were trustworthy.

A certified product underwent a number of quality controls aimed at confirming the characteristics of the product stated on the label. This means that every client of Frantoio Pace is granted the maximum quality, which was chosen as a distinctive trait of the company.

Acidity <= 0,60; Peroxides <= 15,0; Cold pressed
Oil subject to certification:
Extra-virgin Olive Oil Fruttato e Dolce; Extra-virgin Olive Oil Sapore Antico; Extra-virgin Olive Oil Novello; Extra-virgin Olive Oil Non Filtrato.
 
Parameters subject to certification:
Acidity <= 0,60; Peroxides <= 15,0; Cold pressed; made with destoned olives;
Oil subject to certification:
Extra-virgin Olive Oil Denocciolato
 
Parameters subject to certification:
Acidity <= 0,50; Minimum content of extra-virgin olive oil of 50%
Oil subject to certification:
Olio di Oliva Saporito
