Steam-cooked tuna and peppers blended together to a creamy consistency, topped with olive oil. Excellent spread on crostini or for aperitifs and first courses.

Grilled Artichokes in Olive Oil 1 x 235 g net

Harvested in May: only the most tender part of the artichoke is used, blanched in water and vinegar. Very few ingredients for a sublime product, excellent even with just bread.

Ingredients: artichokes 49%, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, parsley, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Allergens: may contain traces of nuts. Made in Italy.

Black Eggplants in Olive Oil 1 x 235 g net

Harvested at the right degree of ripeness, cut into strips and left overnight with salt to lose their bitterness, then blanched in water and vinegar and preserved in olive oil. Excellent in sandwiches.

Ingredients: eggplants 62% (Solanum melongena), olive oil 37%, wine vinegar, mint, salt. Allergens: may contain traces of nuts. Made in Italy.

Cratere – Aglianico del Vulture DOC Red Wine 1 x 0.75 L

Dry, full-bodied red with a bouquet of wild berries. Pairs with red meats, first courses with meat sauces and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C.
