Certified production method

As early as the 2000s, we decided to add Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to our product range.

  • Our organic certification, in accordance with EU Regulation 848/2018, guarantees consumers that the olives used come from groves where only natural fertilisers are used. The organic oil production process is strictly separate from the others, to ensure a healthy and safe product.

Today the company produces, packages and sells 2 types of organic oil:

  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil: cold-extracted from olives grown and milled in Italy.
  • Organic Pitted Extra Virgin Olive Oil: cold-extracted from pitted olives grown and milled in Basilicata, certified IGP OLIO LUCANO.


The company also markets the following organic fruit and vegetable preserves:

  • Organic Apricot Extra Jam
  • Organic Fig Extra Jam
  • Organic Strawberry Extra Jam
  • Organic Chestnut and Chocolate Cream
  • Organic Orange Marmalade
  • Organic Pitted Olives in Brine

Our company is officially registered on the Basilicata Region list of processors of organic agricultural products.
