2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace products to consumers and businesses (families and restaurants). The rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), such as withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, apply to consumers only. Our products are not sold in shops or supermarkets.

3. How to order

You can order on the website or by calling the toll-free number 800 800 860 (from abroad: +39 0971 644111). The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. Before confirming, you can check and correct the data you entered. For orders placed by phone, we send the confirmation by email or SMS.

4. Prices

Prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are shown before you confirm the order, as described on the Shipping and Delivery page. Any surcharges (for example cash on delivery) are shown before payment.

5. Payment

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Postepay), PayPal, advance bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery carries a surcharge of € 4.00. With an advance bank transfer, the order is prepared once the payment has been received. Card and PayPal payments take place over a secure (SSL) connection and we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping and Delivery page. In short: we ship by courier (Bartolini); delivery in Italy generally takes 2–7 working days, but we cannot guarantee precise times; in any case we deliver within 30 days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Risk of damage or loss

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products remains with us until delivery. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any damage to us immediately (see section 10).

8. Unavailable products

If a product is not available, we will let you know straight away. You can choose to postpone delivery, cancel the order or receive only the available products. If an order that has already been paid is cancelled in whole or in part, we refund the amount paid using the same payment method.

9. Order cancellation

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped at any time by writing to info@oliopace.it or calling the toll-free number (from abroad: +39 0971 644111). After shipment, the right of withdrawal applies (see the Returns, Withdrawal and Guarantee page).

10. Damaged or non-conforming products

If the product arrives damaged, defective or different from the one you ordered, contact us within 8 days of delivery at info@oliopace.it or on the toll-free number (from abroad: +39 0971 644111), attaching a photo if possible. Collection and replacement or refund are at our expense.

11. Right of withdrawal, 18-month guarantee and legal guarantee

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. We also offer all customers a quality guarantee of 18 months. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code) remains unaffected. The conditions are on the Returns, Withdrawal and Guarantee page.

12. Complaints

For complaints or reports, write to info@oliopace.it or call the toll-free number 800 800 860 (from abroad: +39 0971 644111). We reply as soon as possible.

13. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the website's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if in Italy, has jurisdiction. For customers who are not consumers, the Court of Potenza has jurisdiction. The mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Languages

The terms are available in Italian, English and German. In case of differences, the Italian version prevails.
