Manufacturing process
The tuna is steamed and then cooled, mixed with peppers and then blended together until they reach a creamy consistency.
The cream is salted and filled with tasty olive oil, canned and the containers sterilized with steam.
Excellent for spreading on croutons or for preparing appetizers and first courses
