Today we'd like to share with you another sweet and easy-to-make recipe: the "7-jar" yogurt donut , so called because it can be made without scales. The empty 125 ml yogurt jar is used as the unit of measurement. Curious to discover the recipe? Let's take a look at the ingredients you need and the process to make our 7-jar donut! Ingredients for the yogurt donut 1 pot of plain whole yogurt (125 g), preferably at room temperature 2 jars of flour (180 gr) 1 jar of potato starch (90 gr) 3 eggs at room temperature 1/2 jar of fruity and sweet extra virgin olive oil 2 jars of sugar (260 gr) grated peel of a lemon or an orange 1 sachet of baking powder butter to taste Procedure Place the sugar and yogurt (preferably at room temperature) in a bowl and mix with a whisk or an electric mixer. Then, crack the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and pour the yolks into the mixture, continuing to beat. Gradually add half a jar of extra virgin olive oil and the two jars of flour. Continue stirring the mixture, then add the potato starch and baking powder. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, fold them into the mixture, and stir in the grated citrus zest. Finally, butter your pan, pour in the mixture, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven). Now you can enjoy your soft yogurt donut with extra virgin olive oil whenever you like! Enjoy!
