For this new olive harvest campaign, Frantoio Pace is working on the production of all types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Fruity and Sweet, Mildly Peppery and Pitted.
With the new harvest the unfiltered novello oil and unfiltered oil types return, available again for consumers who love "raw" oil.
This year you'll discover oils with a livelier, more peppery flavour: the new harvest campaign has been characterised by high quality, with good quantities of olives, low yields, and oils with a more intense flavour due to their high polyphenol and vitamin E content.And starting this year there will also be an important new feature: you'll find the polyphenol and vitamin E values on the label too as further proof of the oil's quality and the transparency we guarantee.
