The Frantoio Oleario Pace Denocciolato extra virgin olive oil is produced by working only the pulp of Coratina olives, with the stone removed before pressing. This technique yields an intensely green oil with double the polyphenol content of conventional extra virgin — exceptional in nutritional and sensory terms. Fresh-cut grass on the nose; lively and fruity on the palate with a harmonious green olive finish. Best raw over crudités, fish, fresh cheeses and artisan bread.
